In honor of our latest addition, the Luxe Wine Bag, we’re sharing one of our favorite champagne cocktails with you – the Blackberry Bubbly.
What you need:
1 Bottle of Prosecco
1/3 Cup Blackberries (and some extra for garnish)
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Water
A few mint leaves
And of course, the Veeshee Wino :)
How to make it:In a small pan, bring the blackberries, water and sugar to a boil. After boiling turn down to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then strain the blackberries and let the syrup cool.
Add 2 tbsp of syrup to the bottom of each glass. Top with champagne and add in mint leaves and blackberries!
